Having been in employment for over 12 years, a few of those years being at a senior level in finance/accounting, I was looking for a fresh challenge and experience in my career and ProChange presented that to me. I have been able to work independently as a consultant with ProChange – this has enabled me to grow as a solid finance professional and my career is on an upward trajectory thanks to ProChange. I am also now more confident and I think like an entrepreneur in my work. Being a ProChange consultant has also helped me take ownership of my work. Prochange has given me the opportunity to go beyond my finance and accounting career goals through great interaction with diverse fields.
